The following policies and rules are for the participants benefit and are for informational purposes only. Participation in the online lottery by bulgingdiscfixed.com for the 2012 Teeter Hang Ups FIT-100 Inversion Table - Fit-Flex Bed Model is optional. Please read the following carefully, by your donation and participation, you indicate full acceptance and understanding of the rules.
It is your responsibility to understand local laws and bylaws as they pertain to you and your current residence. Participants must be of 18 years of age or older. And must be U.S. residents.
Personal identity and details of participants will be held as confidential unless written authorization is received by the participant allowing bulgingdiscfixed.com to use his/her name and participation status.
Lottery prize winner will be drawn following an inclusion of 150 participants donating a minimum of at least five dollars or more. After such a time, a winner will be chosen at random and the prize winner will be contacted via email or in writing via mail.
In the event the winner is unreachable via email or written correspondence, a new winner will be drawn 30 days after the prize is considered "unclaimed" by the owner(s) of bulgingdiscfixed.com. The same will continue for any subsequent winner(s) of the unclaimed prize until a winner is eventually determined. Again, per the judgement of www.bulgingdiscfixed.com
Owner(s) of bulgingdiscfixed.com reserve the right to allow or deny electronic funding via donation or otherwise credited to our account.
