The online *lottery will run until a select amount of contributors have been reached (150 donations of 5 dollars or more). At which time a winner will be drawn and contacted via email. In the event that the winner is unreachable, a new winner will be drawn 30 days after the prize is unclaimed.

Getting Into the Lottery Is Easy!

 

In order to get entered into this online lottery, just make a small donation to our website equaling five dollars or more. That's it!

Donations greater than $15 dollars will automatically gain access to my online special report and become eligible for entry into the lottery. In addition, a free gel comfort cold pack will be mailed to a U.S. address of their choosing.

Just be sure to include your confirmed mailing address while donating. I will need your address in order to ship free of charge the comfort gel pack (Please allow five to ten business days).

Please include your verified email address as well. This will be needed to send you the authorization code necessary to activate the "special report".
